58°58,08’N 05°52,82’E. Tingholmen is å popular recreation area, situated four nautical miles east of Stavanger. The island has nice grassy plains and small beaches, a toilet and a dumper. Tingholmen has mooring point on the rocks, but securing the anchor might be difficult due til rocky seabed and occasional waves from passing boats. The nice Litle Teistholmen is situated one nautical mile west of Tingholmen.
Treat the sheep with respect. They maintain the landscape.
